Pay: $22 - $25 (depending on experience) + 10% shift premium Shift: 2:00 PM to 12:30am Monday- Thursday Overtime is never mandatory, always optional Benefits start within 30 days of employment 15 days of personal time in your first year 10 paid holidays per year Training is completed on 1st shift and lasts approximately six weeks. The training schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30am to 2:00pm. After successfully completing training, you will transition to 2nd shift What will you do? Fabricate components to complete a project, will include: cutting, welding, drilling and other techniques Ability to work from blueprints and written specifications to meet customer requirements via MIG and TIG welding. Ability to visualize final assembled product before welding components. What are we looking for? 1-3 years of previous welding experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Previous aluminum welding experience is highly desired but not required. Previous experience using critical horizontal, uphill, downhill, and overhead welds Experience using cutting torch and plasma cutter preferred. Ability to wear a respirator Required to pass a G1 weld test Must be able to perform within the established company standards, which include but are not limited to standard operating procedures, attendance, quality and performance.   • Pay: $22 - $25 (depending on experience) + 10% shift premium
  • Shift: 2:00 PM to 12:30am Monday- Thursday
  • Overtime is never mandatory, always optional

Training is completed on 1st shift and lasts approximately six weeks. The training schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30am to 2:00pm. After successfully completing training, you will transition to 2nd shift

What will you do?

  • Fabricate components to complete a project, will include: cutting, welding, drilling and other techniques
  • Ability to work from blueprints and written specifications to meet customer requirements via MIG and TIG welding.
  • Ability to visualize final assembled product before welding components.

What are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years of previous welding experience preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Previous aluminum welding experience is highly desired but not required.
  • Previous experience using critical horizontal, uphill, downhill, and overhead welds
  • Experience using cutting torch and plasma cutter preferred.
  • Ability to wear a respirator
  • Required to pass a G1 weld test
  • Must be able to perform within the established company standards, which include but are not limited to standard operating procedures, attendance, quality and performance.
  • Must pass a physical, drug test, and criminal background check prior to employment.

Pay:

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $17.12 - $23.12 USD per hour.
