Engage in regular outbound prospecting via cold visits, calling, email, marketing campaigns, and other avenues. Conduct demos and develop a solution that best meets the prospects' needs. Successfully accomplish assigned KPIs and goals that include, but are not limited to, daily outreach quotas and newly onboarded partners per month. Manage sales activities and results using Chowbus' CRM tool. Partner with regional team to ensure that the expectations set during the sales process are executed during delivery of the product/service. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Team Members at Sbarro. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing excellent customer service while delivering fresh and tasty food to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, while offering menu recommendations and special promotions.
  • Prepare and present food items following Sbarro’s recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and taste.
