ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This program will be hosted at our Little Rock headquarters. Over the course of 10 weeks, interns will gain exposure to the following:

  • Client Service: Claims, Risk Management Consulting, Loss Control, Insurance Program Design, and Insurance Placement Strategy
  • Firm Operations: InsurTech, Finance, and Accounting Functions
  • Work alongside experienced client executives and specialists in each discipline.
  • Gain exposure to various insurance coverages and develop analytical skills through policy reviews and analysis.
  • Learn about the data infrastructure that drives our risk management strategy.
  • Participate in team meetings, client calls, and strategic planning sessions.
  • Learn how brokers evaluate risk and craft tailored insurance solutions for our clients.
  • Develop presentation and communication skills as part of a comprehensive capstone presentation.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (rising Senior preferred).
  • Majors: Risk Management & Insurance, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, and related fields.
  • GPA: 3.5 or higher (or equivalent academic standing).

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

  • Exceptional verbal, written and organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious and collaborative mindset.
