The selected individual shall manage the Quality Department staff and maintain the site Quality Management System for F-35 aircraft Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) located at Ebbing Field, Fort Smith, Arkansas. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions. Coordinating with Enterprise Sustainment Quality personnel on quality issues and information flow of site activities and program issues. Manages the conduct of internal process audits and surveillance ensuring compliance to applicable command media, procedure compliance, and contractual requirements. Conduct and/or manage investigations of any non-conformity, incident, accident, mishap or infraction through closure, including evaluation and acceptance of responses. Training personnel on LM Quality Assurance systems for documenting non-conformances. Act as the point of contact and liaison for Ground Government Flight Representatives (GGFR) and ESQ communications. How You'll Succeed
