This company is expanding aggressively and the autonomy to truly own the controls and automation architecture—this is a technical authority role, not a support position.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Control Systems Manager position include:

• 10+ years of control systems experience with 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong Siemens PCS7 and TIA Portal expertise, including F-Systems (APACS/Quadlog a plus)
• Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or chemical industry background required
• Lead control system strategy, reliability, and long-term automation roadmap
• Own system architecture, standardization, backups, and documentation
• Mentor internal controls team and manage integrators and automation vendors
• Ensure uptime and stability through close collaboration with ops/maintenance
• Drive automation improvements focused on throughput and process efficiency

Salary: $150,000 - $185,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
