• Responsible for preparing nutritious well-balanced meals, that meet food program requirements for items served.
• Oversee the maintenance of a clean,orderly,and sanitary kitchen. 
• Manage monthly inventory on non-food items, such as cups, plates etc. as well as all food items needed for the food service order; disperse groceries, food service, and paper supply order to appropriate areas of thebuilding.

• Request items within budget foradditionalequipment needed to helpmaintainthe kitchen andmealtimeson track and turnin request to theCenterDirector.
• Assistin the classrooms as needed by relieving teachers for breaks and being anadditionalsupport resource.
• Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing,walking,running,and climbing stairs.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.
