• Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (most days) Overtime available as needed

What You'll DoInstall residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems to company standards

Complete new system installations, changeouts, ductwork, and related HVAC installation projects

Perform quality installations while maintaining a clean and professional work environment

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, installation instructions, and blueprints

Provide excellent customer service and represent Jim's Heating & Cooling professionally

Work with a supportive team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement

What You NeedPrevious residential and/or light commercial HVAC installation experience

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints

Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Willingness to continue learning and growing within the HVAC trade
