The bonus target for this position is 10%. The current full salary range for this role is $64,000 - $106,000. The Custodian is responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all areas assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Perform janitorial duties
  • Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule
  • Operate motorized cleaning equipment
  • Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area

Qualifications

  • May be required to have a valid driver's license.
  • Completed all safety and task training certification.
  • May be required to be forklift certified.
  • Bilingual a plus
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
  • Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
  • Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
  • No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation: $15.50-$16.50 per hour

Shifts: Wed- Sat 5:00pm to 3:00am
