Inventories plumbing components and steel structures on job site and reports any shortfalls or excess on a timely basis (such that shortfalls will not impact productivity) Ensures all crewmen are active and productive. Assesses construction progress weekly and provide oral report at foreman meeting. Maintains liaison with customers and vendors. Maintains an accurate accounting and accountability of man hours spent on project. Maintains an accurate accounting of operational expenses spent on job site. Estimates and maintains effective control of project and cost, for review and approval by General Manger. Assumes complete plumbing construction responsibility. Meets with management annually to review manpower budgets. Responsible to keep work area clean and free of debris on a daily basis. Supervisory Responsibilities Leads plumbing construction crew of two to eight people.
