Philips Transparency Details Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 95% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $75,000 to $130,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. About the Role

Lakeside Hotel Casino is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Casino Host to join our team. This position plays a key role in developing player relationships, driving gaming revenue, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The Executive Casino Host also provides leadership to the Player Development Team, guiding them in achieving revenue and service goals.

What You'll Do

  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and player development goals.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing VIP players.
  • Generate new business through calls, emails, special events, and community outreach.
  • Provide full-service guest support both on and off property, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Lead and support Casino Hosts by setting goals, providing coaching, and monitoring performance.
  • Assist in planning and executing player development events and promotions.
  • Approve player comps and incentives within established guidelines.
  • Monitor competitive activity and provide regular market analysis reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support operations.
  • Directly supervises Casino Hosts. Responsibilities include hiring, training, setting goals, conducting performance reviews, rewarding and disciplining team members, and resolving guest or team issues.

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Gaming strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Must qualify for and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission License.
