Immediately Seeking!Weekend Shift Lead – Milford, IowaSchedule:Friday – Sunday, 6:00am – 6:00pmWill train on first shift until weekend shift is launched | Mid October estimate  Monday – Thursday + Friday OT, 6:00am – 4:00pm | Currently 50 hour work weeksPay: DOE plus $2.00 shift premium when weekend shift starts Possible extra hours Monday – Thursday at base hourly wageJob DutiesLead and support production employees across general assembly, seating, made-to-order, locker assembly, and other manufacturing functions. Help coordinate daily production activities, assign work as needed, and ensure employees have the materials and direction needed to meet production goals. Assist with training employees on proper work methods, quality standards, and safety procedures. Monitor production, quality, and workflow while helping troubleshoot issues and keep the department operating efficiently. Work alongside the team as needed and assist with hands-on production duties. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and communicate production or employee concerns to management.Safety RequirementsMust be able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures. Previous manufacturing experience and leadership experience preferred. Must be dependable, able to communicate effectively, and comfortable providing direction and support to a production team.
