Job Description

- Lead daily field operations and supervise electricians, foremen, apprentices, and subcontractors
- Coordinate manpower, workflow, material deliveries, equipment, and trade activities
- Serve as the primary on-site liaison between project management, contractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
- Review and execute work from drawings, specifications, and electrical plans
- Monitor production, maintain project documentation, and resolve field issues proactively
- Conduct safety meetings, job hazard analyses, and site inspections
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, and applicable codes and standards
- 7+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical construction experience
- 3+ years in a superintendent, foreman, or field leadership role
- Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and construction best practices
- Ability to interpret blueprints, one-line diagrams, and construction documents
- Experience managing field crews and coordinating multiple trades
- Proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, Autodesk Build, or similar construction software
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the U.S.
