Job Description
Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in a hospital setting. This role involves providing exceptional physical therapy services aimed at helping residents restore function, improve mobility, and achieve their highest level of independence.
Setting: Hospital
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate residents’ physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve strength, balance, and mobility.
Monitor and document residents’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize residents’ care plans.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Current Physical Therapist licensure.
1 year of experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Covid-19 Vaccine and Flu Vaccine status required.
Contract Role:
36-hour guarantee
Start Date: ASAP
Contract duration: 13+ weeks can be extended
