Demonstrates ability to consistently meet the department work schedule. Obtains/collects specimens for laboratory testing, including, but not limited to, blood, and urine. Seeks assistance appropriately. a. Checks test requisition to assure correctness and completeness prior to collecting samples. Verifies positive patient identification. b. Performs venipunctures and fingersticks using aseptic technique and in accordance with Hospital procedures. Job Description:

This position is responsible for assisting the department supervisor's daily production goals by communicating production needs and coordinating production materials and resources accordingly. The position provides daily work direction, directly assisting employees and working in production as required under the direction of the area supervisor.

Required Experience:

Rite-Hite makes top quality products and hires the most qualified employees to contribute to that. This position requires a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); along with at least five years of experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires a knowledge of manufacturing procedures and capacities, company products and components, and production/inventory control procedures. Ability to read and interpret design drawings. Basic computer skills required.
