POSITION SUMMARY The role of Mechanical/ Electrical Production Technician directly supports the company's mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world. As a Mechanical/ Electrical Production Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly of wind turbine components (Machine House, Hubs and Drive Trains) according to established quality, safety and environmental procedures. WHAT YOU'LL DO Assemble the wind turbine Machine House, hub and Drive Train components using various assembly tools and systems including overhead cranes. In coordination with PQA and Engineering Departments conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of potential production problems. Maintain a safe and clean work environment to prevent work related injuries. Conduct safety inspections of equipment and report status. Review and recommend improvements to assembly procedures; participate in quality internal audit program. Assist electrical assembly operators as required. Other duties as assigned by the supervisor. WHAT YOU HAVE High School diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Associate's degree in mechanical engineering or assembly certifications from military or other recognized institutions preferred. Experience in mechanical roles with assembly or maintenance environments. Strong work ethic and dedication to completing tasks. Strong sense of responsibility and accountable for actions and decisions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow. Ability to read mechanical blueprints. Ability to achieve and maintain crane operator certification (Required). Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 Quality System is a plus. Ability to meet specific OSHA and ANSI weight limits of 265 lbs. or less. Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical administered by a medical examiner to ensure the ability to safely perform job functions and meet the physical demands of the position. POSITION SUMMARY

The role of Mechanical/ Electrical Production Technician directly supports the company's mission to develop and deliver clean power plants that make 100% renewable energy a reality for the world.   • Assemble the wind turbine Machine House, hub and Drive Train components using various assembly tools and systems including overhead cranes.

  • In coordination with PQA and Engineering Departments conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of potential production problems.
