Our therapists are central to our mission and serve as expert advisors to LSI's early childhood, behavioral health, and family safety teams.We are seeking a Full time/Part time Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) to work with a team of experienced and Licensed Therapists in providing telehealth and in-person therapy and counseling to couples, families, adults, and children in Spencer. This is an immediate opening due to high community need.What You'll DoProvide community based therapy and counseling assessments

Have the potential to see clients in a school and office based settings

Serve a diverse population of children, adults, couples, and families

Develop individual treatment plans to fully address each client's various behavioral and mental health care needs

Manage case plan oversight and re-evaluate as necessary to build the best possible outcomes for our clients

Have the ability to receive free clinical licensure supervision from one of our Clinical SupervisorsWhat You'll NeedMaster's degree in Clinical Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling or other approved related field (LMFT, LMHC)Must be licensed in the state of Iowa (temporary and provisionally licensed applicants are encouraged to apply!)Strong organization and time management skills

Strong computer skills, including electronic client care databases and MS Office software

Flexible availability - evening and weekend hours may be required to meet the needs of clients
