What You'll Take On: Serve as a senior product counsel for T2's publishing labels, focusing on its mobile games, working directly with central and game teams to support strategic and operational matters. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Legal Technology & Systems Management Administer and optimize SharePoint sites for legal documentation and collaboration. What You'll Take On:

  • Serve as a senior product counsel for T2's publishing labels, focusing on its mobile games, working directly with central and game teams to support strategic and operational matters.
  • Provide legal guidance on all aspects of game development and operations including internal game development and clearance, launch readiness, ad-tech and marketing, implementation of live services, IAPs, and end of game sunsetting.
  • Advising business teams on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues related to T2's products. Give practical strategic guidance with the goal of minimizing risk while still supporting business objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across game development teams.
  • Collaborate with other members of the legal team to create and maintain legal trainings, policies, and guidelines for the product teams.

What You Bring:

  • Commercially minded lawyer, with 5-8 years of experience, including at least 3 years working in-house focusing on consumer technologies, video gaming, mobile applications, or other industries similar to interactive entertainment.
  • Working knowledge of consumer protection, ecommerce, intellectual property, advertising, marketing, and online safety laws and regulations, and privacy.
  • Must possess keen intellect, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and interact at all levels of the organization.
  • Genuine desire to work in gaming, including mobile, with enthusiasm for, and interest in, the industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a strong ability to balance multiple matters simultaneously and appropriately prioritize projects.
  • Must be a team player with a good sense of humor.
