Notice for California Residents - California Privacy Policy Summary Managing the critical litigation processes in the Legal Department, this role requires a strong understanding of the systems and processes used by the Legal Department. This role is responsible for the creation, set up, and closure of matters handled by the Legal Department. This position will report to the Sr. Corporate Counsel. Roles & Responsibilities Oversee matter creation and management within existing systems. Identify technological requirements and implement those requirements to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Manage and perform data entry into case management systems. Assist with improving processes, developing work instructions, training mapping and maintaining process maps for critical Legal Department functions. Assists other Legal Department personnel in managing workflow queues. Perform basic system administration duties, including, but not limited to, setting up new users, law firms and indemnification parties. Performs root cause analysis to troubleshoot issues. Manage data integrity reporting, identifying opportunities to improve data veracity and completeness, and working with paralegals to drive improvements in a timely manner. Escalate issues to management as appropriate. Other projects and responsibilities as assigned. Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years' minimum experience Legal experience/knowledge preferred Must have high attention to detail regarding data-entry and validation Must have strong Microsoft office experience Must be able to work on a team or independently with minimal supervision. Mandarich Law Group, LLP is a leading debt collection law firm with offices located in multiple states. We are currently recruiting for a Legal Admin for our Chicago office.

This a full-time, In-office, non-exempt position. Base schedule is Monday thru Friday 8AM to 5PM, in-office.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal team, including document preparation, filing, and general office tasks.
  • Manage and organize legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Legal Studies, or a related field (preferred).
  • Prior law firm experience-preferred
  • Basic knowledge of civil litigation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and legal management software (i.e. JST preferred)
