Job Description

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a highly motivated/energetic Retail Store Manager to join our team of swimsuit specialists in a fun and exciting work environment! We are looking for candidates who can provide excellent customer service and help grow our small, family-owned business.

Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify customer needs as well as present and answer questions about our products and services. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store's success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welcome customers when they walk in and assist them in what they are looking for
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
