Be a resource during crises, including requesting and utilizing other teams as needed. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills: High School completion or equivalent; BA preferred. Team leadership experience. Three or more years providing services to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and autism. Valid driver's license and consistent access to a safe, reliable, insured vehicle. Knowledge of Behavioral Support Plans, Communication Plans, and Individual Support Agreements. Demonstrated knowledge of positive regard for individuals with mental health concerns, substance use and co-occurring disorders. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external partners. Demonstrated strong communication and de-escalation skills. Working Conditions: Requires working in a variety of indoor and outdoor requirements, including office spaces, all program spaces, in the community, and in client living environments. Work hours may include evening and weekend shifts, as required to meet program staffing requirements. Working with individuals who may present challenging behaviors requires safety planning, crisis intervention, and de-escalation skills.
