What we need?

  • Someone with mechanical aptitude with some history of tire installation and repairs.
  • Keen eye to detail, need to have ability to follow detailed instructions. No skipping steps or short cuts.
  • Excellent attendance history.
  • Someone whom follows safety protocol for the protection of themselves, colleagues, and equipment.
  • Initiative to follow through with repairs and assigned training.
  • Computer skills to be able to accept assigned work, document maintenance and repairs made as well as parts used.
  • Ability to improve efficiency's as you get used to the assignments provided.
  • Ability to use Tire Machines and also be able to remove and install tire on rims by hand when necessary.
  • Must be able to lift, wheel, move truck tires.
