Key Responsibilities: Arrive on time at your assigned apartment community, typically at 6 - 7PM depending on the day of service. Use a leak-proof tote to transport waste to your pickup truck and then to the designated compactor or disposal site. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the compactor/dumpster area before completing the shift. Provide professional and courteous service to residents when encountered. Submit nightly service documentation, including records of any resident violations, audit results, and time-stamped photos taken at both arrival and departure. Schedule & Hours: Shifts average 1.5 to 2 hours per night, depending on your pace and community size. Typically 10–15 hours per week, with the potential for additional days based on availability and performance. Up to 7 shifts per week available. Compensation: $55 weekday and $80 weekend per completed shift. This is a W2 employment position. Pay is issued via direct deposit on the 5th and 20th of each month. A valid bank account is required for payroll processing.
