Essential Functions: Delivers glass to customers promptly Develops and maintains good customer relations on delivery at all times Develops and maintains positive local work environment Receives glass shipments and unpacks incoming trucks at warehouse Works closely with the lead person to achieve a high level of complete customer service Locates required parts in warehouse and removes from stock Visually inspects glass and loads parts accurately on the truck for delivery from warehouse Unload delivery truck and process returns daily Stocks the warehouse, putting parts in their assigned racks Checks inventory to maintain its accuracy Receives orders from warehouse office Complies with all safety policies and procedures Assists local management in maintaining inventory system accuracy through cycle and physical inventory instructions Assists local management in coordinating driver delivery routes Locates and pulls product for will-call customers and completes necessary paperwork for proof of pick-up Performs other related duties, as assigned Qualifications Required: Proficiency in English language (verbal and written) Must possess valid driver’s license and maintain acceptable MVR according to Pilkington Auto Glass Replacement (AGR’s) standards. Ability to read maps Without assistance, must be able to lift windshields weighing 35-45 pounds average on a frequent/daily basis, and on occasion up to 70 pounds (tandem). Explore simulation, HIL, SIL and vehicle test approaches to optimize (sub-)system test, validation & calibration strategies in terms of efficiency, cost and final product quality o Facilitate and align related cross-functional technical teams such as HMI, functional safety, powertrain, infotainment, cybersecurity, homologation, and ADAS/AD on system level validation and development activities o Leverage state-of-the-art processes and tools for architecture, requirements, test plans and results and ALM to work in a highly interactive and collaborative environment o Collaborate with component owners for ADAS driving and safety functions Expectations: o A proven track record of working with hardware/software systems related to ADAS or AD  automotive  features for mass production o Experience debugging, testing, benchmarking, calibrating and bringing up complex hardware/software systems o Experience developing and executing validation test plans, calibration & benchmarking tools o Experience with  automotive  test methods, measurement systems and tools (HIL/SIL, Vector, PeakCAN, etc.) o Several years working experience at  automotive  Tier 1/2 suppliers or OEMs, with an understanding of  automotive  processes and workflows o Programming skills related to integration, testing and automation (e.g.  Python , C++) o Capability and creativity to successfully complete projects with unconventional ideas in highly constrained, innovative startup environments o Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Advantageous: o Previous experience with ADAS/AD longitudinal and lateral control systems at a Tier 1 or OEM o Broad understanding of various ADAS/AD systems and the interactions between mechanical, electrical and software components within the system o Experience with Vector tools: CANoe, CANape and CAPL o Experience with benchmarking, calibration & post-processing methods and/or tools o Proficiency with agile development tools and environments (Jira, Jama, …) o Some understanding of C++ software development o Knowledge of relevant regulations and applicable (safety) standards for typical ADAS features (e.g. ASPICE, ISO26262, FMVSS, EuroNCAP) o Experience with NCAP scenario execution for ADAS safety features using soft targets, VRUs, robot platforms etc. o Experience with project management, supplier management, team management and/or executing tasks in cross-functional team setup o Experience managing fleet of vehicles for on-road testing & validation, scenario testing to confirm SOTIF coverage etc. Requirements: o BS minimum in System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar and 5 years of engineering experience in the  automotive  industry OR o MS minimum in System Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar and 3 years of engineering experience in the  automotive  industry   Salary Range : The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; What does training entail?  Training will consist of 60 hours of learning (40 hours of at home reading and modules and 20 hours of behind-the-wheel training)  In-person behind-the-wheel training in a Coastline car in your local area You will shadow 3 in-car lessons as well as do 3 x 4 hours of training with a Certified Trainer Responsibilities: Teaching practical skills related to all aspects of driving Providing instruction on the rules of the road Helping students to develop confidence in their driving skills Gaining control of the vehicle during emergency situations Documenting and reporting on students' progress Maintaining timely communication with your supervisor and support team Maintaining professionalism with students and fellow team members Attending team meetings for updates and ongoing development Qualifications: A genuine passion for helping people learn Ability to remain calm in a learning environment A valid State Driver's License in the state you wish to work in High School Diploma or GED equivalent Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check  Must have 10 years of legal driving experience A strong safety mindset and strong reasoning ability Ability to give clear instruction, coach, communicate effectively to others Ability to focus for extended periods of time Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in a vehicle Must be able to see and hear during all weather conditions Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, touch, feel Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times Salary: $20/hr We are an Equal Opportunity Employer. Job Description

Essential Functions:

  • Delivers glass to customers promptly
  • Develops and maintains good customer relations on delivery at all times
  • Develops and maintains positive local work environment
  • Receives glass shipments and unpacks incoming trucks at warehouse
  • Works closely with the lead person to achieve a high level of complete customer service
  • Locates required parts in warehouse and removes from stock
  • Visually inspects glass and loads parts accurately on the truck for delivery from warehouse
  • Unload delivery truck and process returns daily
  • Stocks the warehouse, putting parts in their assigned racks
  • Checks inventory to maintain its accuracy
  • Receives orders from warehouse office
  • Complies with all safety policies and procedures
  • Assists local management in maintaining inventory system accuracy through cycle and physical inventory instructions
  • Assists local management in coordinating driver delivery routes
  • Locates and pulls product for will-call customers and completes necessary paperwork for proof of pick-up
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned

Qualifications Required:

  • Proficiency in English language (verbal and written)
  • Must possess valid driver’s license and maintain acceptable MVR according to Pilkington Auto Glass Replacement (AGR’s) standards.  Ability to read maps
  • Without assistance, must be able to lift windshields weighing 35-45 pounds average on a frequent/daily basis, and on occasion up to 70 pounds (tandem).
  • Ability to operate a forklift, order picker, and basic hand tools
  • Excellent attendance record
  • Good customer relations skills – Client interaction required
  • Ability to work in temperatures similar to the outdoors within the area of the assigned Service Center

Qualifications Desired:

  • Personal Computer skills including computerized inventory system
  • Previous driving, material handling, and glass experience
