• Source and recruit high-quality candidates to meet our clients’ needs
• Screen and interview qualified candidates
• Create strong relationships with healthcare providers, serving as their primary point of contact
• Oversee healthcare providers
• Negotiate wages with candidates
• Staff and schedule healthcare providers
• Manage relationships with Ro Health clients
• Develop skills needed in a management role
• Handle additional operations including payroll and marketing
• Operate at all times with a high level of honesty and integrity

• Pay: Salary + Commission ($62k annual compensation guarantee)
