We are hiring a Mid-Level Video Specialist!

At BxB Media, we help HVAC and home service businesses grow through strategic, results-driven marketing. Video is a critical part of how we tell our clients' stories and drive engagement across digital platforms. We are looking for a Video Specialist who can take a project from concept to final delivery while maintaining quality, creativity, and efficiency.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the full production process, working independently in a remote environment, and collaborating with a creative team to produce high-impact content.

Location: Remote, with occasional travel for training or meetingsWork Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional nights and weekends as neededBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, 401K, 3.08 hours of accrual of PTO biweekly, 6 Paid Holidays

What You Will Do

• Plan and execute video projects from pre-production through post-production
• Develop scripts, storyboards, and production plans for client content
• Film and record video content when required
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging final deliverables
• Add music, voiceovers, graphics, and effects to enhance storytelling
• Create rough cuts and refine them into final versions with smooth sequencing
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams throughout the production process
• Publish videos to platforms such as YouTube and Vimeo based on client needs
• Support light graphic design and creative production tasks as needed
• Research new tools, technologies, and AI workflows to improve video quality and efficiency
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Projects are completed on time with minimal supervision
• Video content aligns with client goals, brand standards, and marketing strategy
• Edits are clean, engaging, and optimized for digital performance
• Communication with internal teams and clients is clear and professional
• New tools and workflows are introduced to improve production efficiency

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in video production from concept through final edit
• Advanced proficiency with video editing software such as Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and continuity
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong quality control skills
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams and clients
• High School Diploma or GED required
