Job Summary: The Pharmacy Analyst supports the overall structure and day-to-day operations of the Mary Washington Hospital (MWH) 340B Program. The Analyst will assist with clarifying metrics that can be used to maintain program compliance and make enhancement decisions associated with the 340B Program. The primary focus of the Analyst will be day-to-day audit and maintenance of the 340B Program at each 340B eligible site. This will involve management of split billing system, third-party administrative (TPA) software(s), maintaining policies and procedures, conducting audits on prescriptions for compliance and enhancement, confirming inventory is represented appropriately within software(s), and maintaining all lists associated with 340B Program participation and maintenance. The Analyst will also assist with 340B Program financial and benefit tracking to include reconciliation of all contract pharmacy invoices and reporting on monthly metrics associated with Program performance.
