Organization: Pharmacy Services Job Summary: Performs tasks within the department which directly support the ongoing duties and responsibilities of the pharmacist(s). Tasks performed contribute directly to the preparation and/or dispensing of medications while under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. Provides customer service by answering phone requests and triages calls to the appropriate person if he/she cannot answer the requested information. Position Highlights (5) 8-hour shifts that rotate between the hours of 7:00am- 7:00pm Monday- Friday. Currently every 4th weekend rotation. Saturday and Sunday hours are 7:00am- 5:00pm. The sign-on bonus is not applicable to current VUMC staff or former staff who have worked for VUMC in the past twelve months. The sign-on bonus is only available for full-time positions. Job Summary:

Performs tasks within the department which directly support the ongoing duties and responsibilities of the pharmacist(s). Tasks performed contribute directly to the preparation and/or dispensing of medications while under the direct supervision of a pharmacist. Provides customer service by answering phone requests and triages calls to the appropriate person if he/she cannot answer the requested information. Applies departmental processes, as guided by corporate initiatives, regarding inventory control.

Position Highlights

  • (5) 8-hour shifts that rotate between the hours of 7:00am- 7:00pm Monday- Friday.
  • Currently every 4th weekend rotation. Saturday and Sunday hours are 7:00am- 5:00pm.
  • The sign-on bonus is not applicable to current VUMC staff or former staff who have worked for VUMC in the past twelve months. The sign-on bonus is only available for full-time positions.
