POSITION SUMMARY:
The Pharmacy Technician assist pharmacists in preparing and distributing medications, maintaining the medication inventory, and maintaining patient records to assure that patients receive pharmaceutical care which is consistent with the mission of the department and the hospital. The Pharmacy Technician works only under the supervision of a registered pharmacist.
