This is an On Call position, working variable days and hours per week. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES: Accurately completes daily patient billing charges and credits for inpatients, outpatients, and departments within the hospital. Compiles data and reports in a timely and complete manner. Pre-packs medications and packages unit dose medications with accurate labeling and documentation. Prepares IV admixtures with accurate calculations, labeling, and documentation, using appropriate aseptic technique and following policies and procedures. Fills unit dose carts accurately and efficiently. Fills and maintains records for departmental requisitions; delivers supplies to other departments. Maintains inventory at pre-established levels. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: Currently enrolled and making satisfactory progress in a Bachelor of Science/Doctor of Pharmacy program from an accredited School of Pharmacy.
