The Pharmacy Clinical Specialist is a decentralized pharmacist position. The Pharmacist Clinical Specialist functions as a member of the multidisciplinary patient care team with direct patient care responsibilities in multiple settings across the hospital including the Intensive Care, Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Nursery units, as well as the Emergency Department and Ambulatory Infusion Center. What You Will Do: Procures and distributes drug orders per physician request, pharmacist request or pre-arranged work assignment according to established policies, procedures and protocols, and within specified time frame.
