• Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM

• Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

• Location: Brooklyn Park, MN 55445

• Physical Requirement: Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

• Contract Type: Must hold an active Pharmacy Technician license (no trainee licenses accepted)

The Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment provides assistance in preparing and distributing drug products. This role involves prescription preparation, data entry, insurance resolution, and patient/physician communication under pharmacist supervision.

• Process prescription exceptions, resolve claim rejects, and perform member/physician outreach

• Enter member demographics and prescription information into the fulfillment system

• Research and resolve insurance billing issues or escalated member concerns

• Escalate prescription-related questions to a licensed Pharmacist

• Assist with inbound and outbound patient or physician calls

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Education: High School Diploma required

• Experience: 0–2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience

• Licensure/Certification: Current Pharmacy Registration and Certification required by the state (no trainee licenses accepted)

• Technical Skills: Basic computer skills; familiarity with MS Windows and MS Office Suite

• Other Skills:

  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English

  • Strong customer service focus with commitment to quality and satisfaction

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
