This pivotal role will own patient member referrals to ensure that they move along through our custom workflow and that patients are able to get the appropriate services in a timely manner. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of the referrals by entering any necessary data, assessing specific requests, and performing any required follow-ups. The Fulfillment Specialist will act as the patient advocate guiding them through the process of obtaining pharmaceuticals not available with chain pharmacies.
