Serving as the Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC), this role combines leadership, operational oversight, and a deep commitment to community healthcare. The Director will lead the Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) Committee, manage the 340B Drug Pricing Program, and ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations while mentoring a dedicated team. The FQHC Community Health Clinic has been in operation for over 20 years and offers Mental Health, Primary Care Medical, Physical Therapy, & Dentistry services to the BIPOC community. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day pharmacy operations and maintain compliance with California Board of Pharmacy and HRSA standards. Serve as PIC for audits, licensing, and quality initiatives. Direct the P&T Committee, ensuring safe and effective formulary management. Oversee the 340B Drug Pricing Program with full HRSA compliance. Mentor pharmacists, technicians, interns, and externs.
