Pharmacy Assistant Compensation

· The pay for this position is $20.95 per hour

· Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

· A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Pharmacy Assistant Highlights

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

The required availability for this position is:

• Sunday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monday – Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Onsite position in Everett, WA

• Pharmacy Assistant Responsibilities

  • Work in a fast-paced automated refill center (warehouse-style environment)
  • Pack prescriptions and prepare orders for shipping
  • Fold and organize paperwork with prescription orders
  • Sort shipments by store location and place into totes
  • Load product for delivery
  • Maintain consistent workflow to meet daily production goals
  • Follow all SOPs, safety protocols, and company policies
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
  • Identify and escalate workflow or quality issues as needed

  Pharmacy Assistant Requirements

  • Must obtain a Washington State Pharmacy Assistant License (can apply after offer)
  • Ability to lift 20–25 pounds
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours per shift
  • Comfortable with bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive tasks
  • Must have reliable transportation to work onsite
  • Must be open to mandatory overtime (up to 1 hour daily)
  • High School Diploma or GE
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

  Pharmacy Assistant Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, production, or pharmacy experience
  • Strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
  • Reliable attendance history
