Provides weekly huddles to cover communications/process opportunities and changes. Completes monthly 1 on 1’s to evaluate workload, performance, and correction. Completes daily timecard review, quarterly performance review and annual performance review of strengths and opportunities for improvement. Maintains team morale and employee retention by serving as point of contact for questions and concerns. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
