The Pharmacy Refill Technician will provide integrated support to pharmacy staff and Shields Health Solutions Liaisons by providing a 'hands-on" approach to ensuring accurate and timely filling and delivery of specialty medications. Documenting work appropriately across all systems. Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications. About the Role As a Registered Pharmacy Technician, you will play a key role in compounding high-quality, non-sterile medications that support our patients' treatment needs. We are currently hiring for the following shifts: Night Shift: 9:00 PM-5:30 AM In This Role You Will Clean, calibrate, and maintain non-sterile compounding equipment and designated workspaces. Assist with staging raw materials and managing non-sterile compounding inventory. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment. Participate in site-specific training, ongoing competency assessments, and annual revalidation. Maintain proper documentation, including batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs. Follow USP and requirements and ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Compound non-sterile medications (tablets, solutions, suspensions, gummy formulations, etc.) following prescription orders and site SOPs upon completion of certification. You Have High school diploma or equivalent. Active registration as a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the State of Ohio. At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience; prior experience in retail, hospital, or compounding settings preferred. Familiarity with USP and standards and non-sterile compounding processes. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements, documentation, and record-keeping. Ability to follow procedures and maintain compliance in a regulated environment.
