Sales Assistant I – BioPlus Specialty Pharmacy

Hybrid: This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

Shift: There are two shifts available:8:00am-5:00pm EST & 11:00am-8:00pm EST

The is Sales Assistant I is responsible for general administrative support to Group or Individual sales force (i.e., typing, filing, faxing, and mailing).

How you will make an impact:

• Answer incoming phone calls for sales staff with courtesy and efficiency by taking accurate messages and/or routing calls properly.

• Prepares and logs proposals.

• Maintains supplies.

• Researches and resolves routine sales, claims and benefit issues.

• Assembles and distributes open enrollment packets. Gathers, inputs, and tracks sales data.

• Generates sales reports. 

Minimum Requirements:

Requires a high school diploma or a GED equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

• Specialty Pharmacy experience.

• Call center experience.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $19.10 - 28.65
