Job Description
Job Title: Infusion Pharmacy Technician
Contract end date: 09/2026
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Schedule:Monday – Friday, between 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM40 hours per week (8-hour shifts; rotating schedule)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Infusion Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL. This role is focused on production and labeling within an infusion pharmacy setting. While sterile compounding experience is preferred, it is not required—making this a great opportunity for pharmacy technicians looking to expand their skill set.
What You’ll Do
Accurately label sterile compounded medications
Prepare non-compounded medications for shipment to patients
Assist in pharmacy production workflow to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
Support pharmacists in daily operations
Ensure proper packaging and handling of medications
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and pharmaceutical elegance
Team Environment
You’ll be working alongside a collaborative and supportive team that includes:
8 Pharmacy Technicians (RPhTs)
2 Production Pharmacists

Required Qualifications
Active Florida Pharmacy Technician License (required)
Minimum of 1 year of pharmacy technician experience
Strong attention to detail
Critical thinking skills
Ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting
Preferred Qualifications
Sterile compounding experience (preferred but not required)
Retail pharmacy experience is acceptable
Punctual and reliable
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
