Interview and advise patients regarding health and illness prevention. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Master's degree in Public Health or Healthcare/Business Management or Doctor of Pharmacy. Active Texas Board of Pharmacy License. 5-10 years of Pharmacy experience with demonstrated success, or completion of ASHP PGY1/2 Clinical or Administrative Hospital Pharmacy Residency. Proficient knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and applicable State/Federal laws. Experience in administration, management, or supervision. Exceptional leadership, mediation, and multitasking abilities. Strong commitment to customer service and healthcare excellence. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Basic understanding of statistics and graphical representation principles. Computer literate in electronic mail, word processing, and office management software. Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
