Description: As an Pharmacy Partner Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for our external pharmacy partners and will be responsible for maintaining effective communication regarding daily billing and operational inquiries to ensure shipment processing times are in accordance with company standards. Position Overview: The RFP Specialist position serves a key role on the team as the liaison between sales, consulting, brokers, prospects, and other key stakeholders. Keep all information on prospects accurate and up to date in the Zoho CRM, and Monday.com software, or any other software that is introduced in the future. Present a positive image of self and of VPS / NFP, in and out of the office. Research and answer questions presented by the client regarding quotes, contracts, benefits, and rates. Collaborate with Project Management on the execution of legal documents required for the RFP process and their appropriate dissemination i.e., BAA, NDA, LOE, PHI releases, etc. + Minimum Requirements for Education, Experience, and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelor's degree required. Prefer minimum 5 years' experience in PBM, underwriting or related industry experience in RFP management.
