On-Site for First 90 Days with Potential to Transition to Hybrid ScheduleJob Details

• Review and process vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Review and process employee reimbursement requests
• Research and follow up on outstanding vendor statements
• Assist with weekly payment cycles to vendors and reimbursement payments to employees
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with Sales & Use Tax review
• Support audit inquiries with documentation and research as needed
• Navigate firm systems including Elite, Chrome River, Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and various banking platforms
• Manage high-volume workload independently while maintaining strong accuracy and adherence to deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of accounts payable experience, specifically within a professional services environment
• Proficiency in Elite, Chrome River, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and online banking platforms
• Familiarity with Sales & Use Tax review processes
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle high-volume AP in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for vendor and internal stakeholder interaction
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively without sacrificing accuracy or timeliness
• Must maintain reliable availability during scheduled work hours, including responsiveness via Zoom, email, and phone
