Job Details

Our client is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney to lead and manage complex family law matters from start to finish. This role is ideal for an experienced attorney who thrives in a client-facing, litigation-heavy environment and is passionate about guiding individuals through sensitive legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a full caseload of family law matters including divorce, custody, and support casesDevelop and execute tailored legal strategies aligned with client goalsRepresent clients in court, mediation, and settlement negotiationsDraft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreementsProvide mentorship to junior attorneys and support staffMaintain strong client relationships through clear communication and guidance

Qualifications:

Licensed attorney with significant experience in family law litigationProven ability to independently manage cases from inception through resolutionStrong courtroom presence and negotiation skillsExperience mentoring or leading junior team members is a plusExcellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
