Aspen Careers is partnering with a respected, mid-sized Ohio law firm to identify a Firm Administrator who will serve as a key member of the firm's leadership team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced operations professional to oversee administrative functions, drive firm-wide initiatives, support strategic growth, and help shape the future of a highly regarded legal organization. The position offers broad exposure across human resources, facilities, marketing, business development, and firm management.
Job Title: Firm Administrator
Location: Columbus, Ohio (100% in-office)

The Ideal Candidate
- 3–7+ years of management experience within a law firm, professional services firm, or similar environment
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or JD) is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in human resources, staff supervision, operations, facilities, or office management
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High-energy, approachable, and confident leadership style
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism, empathy, and firmness
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality
- Experience supporting marketing, business development, recruiting, or employee engagement initiatives is highly desirable
- Prior law firm experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong professional services experience
