Job DetailsIs your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criterion:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or similar
• 10+ years of experience in corporate law at a law firm or in-house legal department
• Admission to the State Bar of California
• Substantive experience in corporate law
• Demonstrated interest in advising clients on a broad range of corporate law issues
• Prior experience in a private law firm
• Partial portable book of business
