Responsibilities:
- To provide direct clinical services including individual psychotherapy to neurodivergent and other assigned student clients, group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, consultation and referral, walk-in and triage, and risk assessment.
- To serve as instructor of the Gael Chat Social Communication psychoeducational course, including all aspects of course development, delivery, management, and evaluation.
- To develop and deliver targeted psychoeducational programs, including groups, workshops, and community-building events, focused on the needs of neurodivergent students; to serve as Advisor to the Neurodiversity Club; to create psychoeducational materials and content pertaining to neurodivergence and other assigned topics.
- To provide neurodivergence-focused training, didactic seminars, workshops, and case consultation within the Center and to campus partners (faculty, staff, student leaders, etc.) as assigned.

- To participate in on-call rotation, providing expert crisis consultation by phone during student mental health emergencies.
- To document all professional activities in clinical notes and other Center documents in a clear and timely fashion; to contribute to policy and reporting documents as assigned; to participate in University and Divisional events and meetings as assigned.
