 As Managing Clinical Director, you’ll oversee daily clinic operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive initiatives that ensure top-tier client care and clinic success. You’ll work closely with corporate leadership and serve as the face of the clinic within the community.

What You'll Do

• Provide Direct Client Care: Maintain exceptional care standards, monitor outcomes, and ensure clinical compliance.
• Lead & Inspire: Mentor psychologists, therapists, and support staff, cultivating a supportive and inclusive team culture.
• Drive Clinic Success: Develop local strategies that align with company goals and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with Leadership: Act as a key link between your clinic and corporate leadership.
• Engage the Community: Foster strong relationships with local partners and represent the clinic at events.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in the state of Texas
• Experience in clinical leadership or clinic management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality, compassionate care

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: From $130,000/year
