The Inventory Exceptions & Order Resolutions Manager will also have a profound understanding of the numerous systems that are utilized to manage orders and inventory. The Inventory Exceptions & Order Resolutions Manager will also be tasked with keeping their Specialist teams well informed of system changes and best practices as those continue to evolve and change with business needs. The ideal candidate demonstrates consistent problem-solving judgement, strong analytical skills, efficient task delegation, and an eagerness and willingness to constantly improve both themselves and their teams. The Inventory Exceptions & Order Resolutions Manager will work out of the Arhaus Boston Heights Corporate Campus main building, and will be an integral role in making ours the best logistics team in retail. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Leads and manages the Order Resolutions Supervisor and Order Resolutions Specialists, as well as the Inventory Exception Specialists in their assigned duties and tasks, respectively. Ensures Order Resolutions Team is performing consistent and scheduled open order audits, to accurately identify all deliveries that took place within a given timeframe, while ensuring orders are reviewed and actioned appropriately through to ERP system. Prepares and participates in review of open orders in a SOX compliant control environment on a monthly cadence to ensure there is always complete order management review in place. Manages and monitors Salesforce ticketing system for respective teams, ensuring timely review and actions are being taken to support both sales team, logistics and supply chain teams, as well as third-party delivery teams and any other internal team that would need inventory and logistics support. Tracks and reports on KPIs and ticket metrics. Assists internal business teams both within and out of Arhaus Supply Chain, to achieve task or project goals on both a scheduled and as-needed basis. Works to continually improve processes both within the role and cross functionally, to always look for areas of accuracy improvement and efficiency gains. Ability to understand and interpret large data needs and processing asks, as well as trends in the data that could be indicative of other underlying issues. Able to utilize multiple reporting tools and determine how best to analyze and act on that information to resolve order issues. Understanding the intricacies and systematic interactions of ERP, WMS and other logistics and order management systems to efficiently monitor and move inventory, while accounting for the subsequent customer order impact. Ensures all company policies and procedures are followed, while striving to be a role model associate! Competencies, Requirements and Qualifications: Education: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of leadership / management experience in supply chain fields. Demonstrates strong leadership skills from individual to team/department levels. Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead discussions with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams) and inventory management tools. Years of experience: 5+ years minimum of inventory control experience, ranging anywhere from cycle counting, WMS and ERP System experience with research and corrective actions, to sales order exception auditing and processing. Understanding of general logistics and warehousing work practices in logistics and warehousing, including but not limited to order processing, picking, shipping and delivery/return processes and procedures. Dedicated to business needs and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment while maintaining high attention to detail. Experience in public company environments and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., SOX) is strongly preferred. Ability to thoroughly manage time and all assigned tasks at both an individual level and a team level. Builds respectful and effective working relationships; collaborates with others to achieve common goals and is always willing to learn and lead. Follow-up to ensure that all changes were implemented. General Summary The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for the overall integrity and maintenance of a store's inventory. The Inventory Exceptions & Order Resolutions Manager will exemplify strong leadership and guidance to the Exceptions and Resolutions teams, with a core focus on the customer experience throughout and overall impact that sales orders have on the logistics supply chain. In addition to being a central leadership role within the Arhaus Logistics environment, the Inventory Exceptions & Order Resolutions Manager will work cross-functionally with both internal and external teams to continually problem solve and improve processes and systems to shorten the time to resolution for customer order issues, and timely recognition of completed sales. The Inventory Exceptions & Order Resolutions Manager will also have a profound understanding of the numerous systems that are utilized to manage orders and inventory. The Inventory Exceptions & Order Resolutions Manager will also be tasked with keeping their Specialist teams well informed of system changes and best practices as those continue to evolve and change with business needs. The ideal candidate demonstrates consistent problem-solving judgement, strong analytical skills, efficient task delegation, and an eagerness and willingness to constantly improve both themselves and their teams. The Inventory Exceptions & Order Resolutions Manager will work out of the Arhaus Boston Heights Corporate Campus main building, and will be an integral role in making ours the best logistics team in retail.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages the Order Resolutions Supervisor and Order Resolutions Specialists, as well as the Inventory Exception Specialists in their assigned duties and tasks, respectively.
  • Ensures Order Resolutions Team is performing consistent and scheduled open order audits, to accurately identify all deliveries that took place within a given timeframe, while ensuring orders are reviewed and actioned appropriately through to ERP system.
  • Prepares and participates in review of open orders in a SOX compliant control environment on a monthly cadence to ensure there is always complete order management review in place.
  • Manages and monitors Salesforce ticketing system for respective teams, ensuring timely review and actions are being taken to support both sales team, logistics and supply chain teams, as well as third-party delivery teams and any other internal team that would need inventory and logistics support. Tracks and reports on KPIs and ticket metrics.
  • Assists internal business teams both within and out of Arhaus Supply Chain, to achieve task or project goals on both a scheduled and as-needed basis.
  • Works to continually improve processes both within the role and cross functionally, to always look for areas of accuracy improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Ability to understand and interpret large data needs and processing asks, as well as trends in the data that could be indicative of other underlying issues. Able to utilize multiple reporting tools and determine how best to analyze and act on that information to resolve order issues.
  • Understanding the intricacies and systematic interactions of ERP, WMS and other logistics and order management systems to efficiently monitor and move inventory, while accounting for the subsequent customer order impact.
  • Ensures all company policies and procedures are followed, while striving to be a role model associate!

Competencies, Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of leadership / management experience in supply chain fields. Demonstrates strong leadership skills from individual to team/department levels.
  • Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and delegate tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead discussions with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams) and inventory management tools.
  • Years of experience: 5+ years minimum of inventory control experience, ranging anywhere from cycle counting, WMS and ERP System experience with research and corrective actions, to sales order exception auditing and processing.
  • Understanding of general logistics and warehousing work practices in logistics and warehousing, including but not limited to order processing, picking, shipping and delivery/return processes and procedures.
  • Dedicated to business needs and allow flexibility with work hours if necessary Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Experience in public company environments and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., SOX) is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to thoroughly manage time and all assigned tasks at both an individual level and a team level.
