Will perform various store audit functions to include inventory, processes and procedures related to inventory flow. Will serve as assistant liaison to third party distribution company and coordinate various projects, programs and services between the two companies focusing on inventory management. May assist with the coordination of all functions within the cross dock operation. Other duties as assigned. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: Ability to effectively administer assigned programs. From The Earth is a locally operated cannabis retailer and delivery service focused on providing quality products and exceptional customer care. We're currently seeking a dependable and motivated Mid Shift / Inventory Assistant to join our Santa Ana team.

Position Overview

The Mid Shift / Inventory Assistant supports both inventory operations and retail floor activities to ensure smooth, efficient store performance. This position plays a key role in maintaining product accuracy, assisting with fulfillment, and supporting customer-facing operations as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct accurate mid and end-of-day inventory checks

  • Maintain accuracy and store flow throughout the shift

  • Assist with inventory intake, labeling, and organization

  • Help maintain accurate counts and support daily cycle counts

  • Pack orders for pickup and delivery (two-sets-of-eyes verification)

  • Assist dispatch with accepting orders, packing, answering phones, and routing as needed

  • Provide budtending support and break coverage for the floor team

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements
