We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Assistant to support our warehouse and production operations. This role is responsible for receiving materials, accurately placing items into designated inventory locations, and dispensing inventory to the production floor as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive materials and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Inspect received items for damage or discrepancies, QC and report issues promptly
  • Label, organize, and place materials into correct inventory locations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system
  • Pick and dispense materials to the production floor and customer order
  • Ensure inventory locations are clean, organized, and properly identified
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits
·         Support Production Department as needed with various tasks
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing support preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to lift and move materials (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus)
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
