Collaborate with Accounting to monitor and ensure cycle count and inventory accuracy activities, maintains acceptable accuracy and count volume throughout the year. Investigate and resolve errors, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Act as point of contact for all internal and external audits relative to inventory control and inventory control processes. Audit FTZ cycle counts. Complete and analyze, and report out on metrics and KPIs. Maintain short picks report and investigate discrepancies. Monitor put away report and investigate discrepancies. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements A four-year degree in Materials Management or Inventory Control is preferred. Three to Five years' experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree. The incumbent must work well in a team environment. A demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary. A working knowledge of SAP and WM/IMRF is desired, though not required. A sound understanding of warehousing and cycle counting systems is necessary. Must possess a high level of communication skill, initiative, critical thinking, and desire to improve processes.
