What You'll Do: Inventory Control: Organize and own the inventory lists of both VSN-owned and customer-owned equipment held at the Gainesville facility. Maintain inventory level records, have a solid handle on capacity and work with leadership to manage those levels up or down. Run the quarterly (or more frequently as needed) physical inventory counts process, assemble the teams, communicate to the business, and report the results to Finance. Make inventory transfers/adjustments as part of the month-end and quarter-end closing process. Manually record detailed equipment information (make, model, manufacturer number) in data bases as required for shipments coming-in or going-out of the warehouse. Provide quality checks on any equipment shipping to the Gainesville facility, ensuring storage guidelines are followed. Dealer Specialties is looking for an Automotive Inventory Photographer/Videographer to join our dynamic team. We offer a desirable work environment that allows you to work independently. This Position:

This is a field based, route position that will require driving to multiple locations daily. If you have experience in an automotive dealership; or as a lot porter, auto detailer, car washer, service writer or vehicle inspector then this position is for you.

In this role you will capture photos/videos for dealership websites, and print window labels and buyer's guides for vehicle.

  • This is a temp-to-hire role that offers an hourly rate of approximately $18 / hour or 100% commission. Compensation factors include route/market, experience, etc.

  • Regular, full-time employees are eligible for additional benefits to include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.
