What You Will Do: Primary focus on inventory management (IM) oriented duties supporting Caterpillar's Remanufacturing products, driving improvements to service and inventory by optimizing Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP), fixed requirement processes and other IM processes Maintain Reman vs. Seed Supply Relationships Perform work to achieve supply chain performance targets focused on Service, On-Time-In-Lines (OTIL), Customer Centric Parts Availability (CCPA) and Inventory Turns Support internal process partners in areas of root causes to schedule variability, backorders, and service loss Collect, analyze and present data in monthly Remanufacturing Demand Reviews Create, execute and maintain on-going weekly and monthly reports and audits Participate in all projects and meetings to support improvements in Backorders, Past Due Schedules and Service Loss Must be comfortable presenting material in front of audiences in person as well as through Teams What You Have (Basic Requirements): Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
