Meets with operations team to ensure containers/trailers are proactively processed in a timely manner. May perform other duties as assigned. Essential Duties:

  • Accurately pull and fill parts orders from stock
  • Deliver parts quickly and efficiently to our service team
  • Ensure all parts are properly tagged with customer names and job numbers
  • Provide daily bin count updates to the Parts Manager
  • Notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock items or materials needing urgent attention
  • Maintain a clean, organized stockroom
  • Assist with general housekeeping as needed
  • Support the parts counter and driving duties when required

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills and comfort with MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of parts inventory; automotive counter/parts sales experience preferred
  • High initiative with the ability to thrive in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Solid math skills and general computer/software proficiency
